Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Didsbury Alberta Canada. It is typically within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. It will include a copy of your invoice and your purchase. We do not ship on holidays or when we are away at one of three quilt show we attend annually. But as soon as we return from a quilt show we are happy to jump all over your order. Please keep in mind that if you visit our Shows tab you can pick up your order at our next show completely free of charge.
1. For our Canadian Customers we ship Canada Post Parcel Post for our regular shipping options. During a Canada Post strike we will ship kits through a currier to your street physical address. For patterns we will hold until Canada Post strike is over. If your order weighs a lot or is bulky we will ship UPS. Please provide your street physical address. Canada Posts claims to ship this option in 2-9 days nationwide.

International Shipping to some countries like New Zealand and Australia only have Express Options. These start around $100. So we don't have cheaper options to those countries. But, we do try and meat you part way with our lower then cost rates.

Returns
Cottage Treasures products may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer, unless the mistake is ours (we accidentally ship you the wrong thing, we ship you the wrong sizes, etc.), then we pay. The returned goods must include a copy of your receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number so we can get the item’s back in stock.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
With the current tariff uncertainty we will do our best to get your order to you from our end and fill out all customs documentation. Please indicate if this item is a gift when ordering. Occasionally our international customers have to pay fees for customs, duties and taxes. Occasionally we have to pay these in advance. These extra fees can vary widely depending on which country the parcel is destined for. We have no control over potential extra charges which can possibly be applied by the destination country. We have experienced our customers even being hit with additional broker fees, so be aware. We highly recommend that you research the policies which pertain to your country. Also, if a custom clearance procedure is involved in the shipping it will add to the shipping time and once again this is not within our control. We do sympathize with the customer when their parcel is singled out for duties and taxes, fortunately this is not a common occurrence.
